The room was comfortable, but check-in took far too long.

My kids wished there was a more robust housekeeping service. While we had a four-night stay, the room wasn't cleaned as often as we expected. Having more frequent cleaning would have made our stay more comfortable for families.

I gotta say the staff was incredibly helpful even helped us figure out where to park our trailer and made sure it was secure and the rooms were spacious with a great view that really made the experience memorable

We checked out the Fargodome and enjoyed a concert there, then partied at the Cityscape Ballroom. The place was clean and well-kept, perfect for our group. It's centrally located, so dining options abound. Just a heads-up, breakfast isn't served late, so plan accordingly.

We had some trouble at check-in. it took longer than expected since they couldn't initially find our reservation. It made us a bit uneasy, but thankfully it was sorted out soon after.

I loved the central location which made it super easy to explore downtown and visit the Plains Art Museum just a short stroll away, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about the area when I had questions during my stay.
